If you are under the age of 18, you should only purchase or use our products with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during the purchasing process is accurate and complete.
6. Purchases and Contract Formation
Before placing an order, you will be shown the relevant product information and total price.
By completing an order, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding purchase agreement and that the order involves an obligation to pay.
The purchase contract is formed when your order has been successfully accepted and payment has been authorized or completed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, technical errors, or an obvious pricing error.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid, subject to applicable law.

-another electronic method of delivery.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address where delivery by email is used.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you with technical delivery problems.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Content
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing goods or services online.
For digital content that is supplied electronically, such as downloadable PDF training manuals, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost when delivery begins if the consumer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost once delivery begins.
Before delivery of the digital product begins, Fighters Unite will obtain the required consent and acknowledgement from the consumer where applicable. The consumer's consent and acknowledgement will be confirmed in the order confirmation or other durable medium.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal has been validly excluded in accordance with applicable law, the consumer cannot subsequently exercise that statutory withdrawal right merely because they have changed their mind or no longer want the product.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, non-conforming, or improperly delivered digital content.

10. Refunds and Statutory Consumer Rights
Where the statutory right of withdrawal has been validly excluded in accordance with Section 9, refunds are generally not available solely because the customer has changed their mind or no longer wishes to use the digital product.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, non-conforming, incorrectly described, or improperly delivered digital content.
If a purchased digital product cannot be accessed or downloaded due to a technical problem for which Fighters Unite is responsible, please contact us at support@fightersunite.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds or other remedies may also be provided where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Any voluntary refund policy offered by Fighters Unite is separate from and does not restrict the customer's statutory consumer rights.

Fighters Unite is responsible for ensuring that our digital products correspond to the description provided at the time of purchase and meet applicable statutory requirements.
If you believe that a digital product is defective or does not correspond to what was agreed, please contact us at support@fightersunite.com

These statutory rights cannot be excluded or restricted by these Terms.

Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure that our programs are based on appropriate strength and conditioning principles, no training program can eliminate the risk of injury.
Our programs should be adjusted where necessary to accommodate individual circumstances, martial arts practice, competition schedules, injuries, fatigue, and recovery capacity.

Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV)
The applicable dispute-resolution arrangements do not restrict any mandatory rights available to consumers under Finnish or European Union law.
