All products sold through this website are digital products delivered electronically, primarily in PDF format. No physical products are shipped.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing goods or services online.
For digital content supplied electronically, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins, provided that the consumer has:
-expressly consented to immediate delivery of the digital content; and
-acknowledged that they will lose their statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
Where applicable, Tmi Fighters Unite will obtain this consent and acknowledgement before delivery of the digital product begins and will provide confirmation of the relevant consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as an order confirmation email.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal has been validly excluded in accordance with applicable law, the consumer cannot subsequently exercise that withdrawal right merely because they have changed their mind or no longer wish to use the product.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, non-conforming, incorrectly described, or improperly delivered digital content.
Refunds
Where the statutory right of withdrawal has been validly excluded, refunds are generally not available solely because the customer has changed their mind or no longer wishes to use the digital product.
However, this does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply where a digital product is defective, does not correspond to its description, cannot be accessed, or has otherwise not been supplied in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds or other remedies may be provided where required by applicable law.
Tmi Fighters Unite may also provide refunds or other remedies voluntarily in appropriate circumstances.
Technical Issues
If you experience a problem downloading, accessing, or opening your purchased product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem, including by providing technical assistance or a replacement download where appropriate.
If the problem cannot be resolved and applicable law provides a right to a refund or another remedy, we will provide the applicable remedy in accordance with the law.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us at support@fightersunite.com
We may provide a refund for a genuine duplicate purchase where appropriate.
