Programs are currently available for:

Boxing

K-1

WKF Karate

Taekwondo

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

Can beginners use these programs?

Yes. The exercises and progressions are suitable for beginners, provided correct technique is used. Beginners should prioritize learning movement quality before increasing training loads.

How many days per week should I strength train?

Each manual includes both 1-day-per-week and 2-days-per-week options. Choose the version that best fits your martial arts schedule and recovery capacity.

Can I use this alongside my martial arts classes?

Yes. The programs are specifically designed to complement technical training, not replace it. The goal is to improve physical performance while minimizing unnecessary fatigue.

Do I need access to a commercial gym?

Most exercises require standard gym equipment. Where possible, alternative exercises are provided for athletes with limited equipment.

Are the programs suitable for competitors?

Yes. The programs are designed for both recreational practitioners and competitive athletes. They emphasize qualities that transfer directly to combat sports, including strength, power, speed, conditioning, and injury resilience.

Will these programs improve my fighting ability?

Strength and conditioning improve the physical qualities that support performance, such as force production, movement efficiency, endurance, and resilience. However, technical skill, tactical understanding, and regular sport-specific practice remain the primary factors in combat performance.

Are the programs evidence-based?

Yes. The training principles used throughout the manuals are based on established strength and conditioning research, exercise science, and practical coaching experience. Scientific references are included in each manual.

Can I customize the exercises?

Yes. Each manual includes an appendix with alternative exercises, allowing you to modify the program based on equipment availability, injury history, or personal preference while maintaining the intended training effect.

Can I use this during fight camp?

Yes. Volume and intensity can be adjusted depending on your competition schedule.

How long should I follow one program?

The programs are designed to be followed for approximately 8–12 weeks before making significant changes. Progression recommendations and periodization guidelines are included in each manual.

What format will I receive?

After purchase, you will receive a downloadable PDF that can be viewed on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

How much gym experience do I need?

The programs are suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes. Exercise alternatives are included where appropriate.

How long are the workouts?

Most sessions take approximately 60–75 minutes, depending on rest periods and equipment availability.

Can I train more than twice per week?

Yes, but these manuals focus on one or two weekly S&C sessions because most martial artists prioritize technical practice.

Are these bodybuilding workouts?

No.
The focus is athletic performance, strength, power, durability, and conditioning, not muscle size.

Why are there no sport-specific exercises such as punching with weights or throwing partners?

The goal of these programs is to develop the physical qualities that underpin combat performance, not to replace technical practice. Technical skills are best developed during martial arts training with qualified coaches, while strength and conditioning should improve the athlete's ability to express those skills more effectively.
